These\u00a0are digital copies of\u00a0 hunting books that were preserved for generations on library shelves before\u00a0they were carefully scanned\u00a0as part of a project to make the world\u2019s books discoverable online. (By companies like IBM, Microsoft, Google, Gutenberg ..etc…)<\/p>\n

They have\u00a0survived long enough for the copyright to expire and the books to enter the public domain. A public domain book is one that was never subject to copyright or whose legal copyright term has expired. Whether a book is in the public domain may vary country to country. Public domain books are our gateways to the past, representing a wealth of history, culture and knowledge that\u2019s often diffcult to discover. The history of the working terrier can be traced back to this period and these books give us a glimpse of how it all started.<\/p>\n

Marks, notations and other marginalia present in the original volume will appear in these titles – a reminder of this book\u2019s long journey from the publisher to a library and finally to you.<\/p>\n
