The Irish Working Terrier Federation is proud to announce that we have received the endorsement of The National Working Terrier Federation.
The N.W.T.F. was the foundation stone for our development and with their support we built our case for defending terrierwork and our way of life from those that oppose us. No one should ever underestimate the assistance we received from Barrie and his colleagues.
The National Working Terrier Federation (N.W.T.F.) is the representative body for terrierwork in England, Scotland and Wales. It was formed in 1984, at a time when terrier work was the subject of constant misinformed attacks by the media and on the very verge of being legislated out of existence.
Today well over a quarter of a century on, terrierwork is not only still with us, but it is also in a much stronger position than any other form of hunting with dogs.
