Annual General Meeting 7th June 2014.

The AGM was held last Saturday the 7th June, thank you to everyone who travelled to share the committee updates and plans for the coming year.

We believe that everyone who attended, went away with knowledge of what was happening in the background during the last twelve months but more importantly are in a better position if approached in the field by people who do not understand hunting.

The first guest speaker gave practical advice and information on several welfare issues affecting terriers. Modern insights which need to be brought to the forefront of kennel management. The second guest delivered a document, presentation, and along with a video and examples showed the best procedures to follow in challenging situations.

A big thank you to both guest speakers, professionals who’s knowledge was well received and will be put to good use.

Two items to note, an alteration to the constitution regarding members use of social media (Rule 5.i) and the discussion on Insurance cover.
